La Forclaz is a commune situated at an elevation of 848 m in the département Haute-Savoir in southeastern France. The entire municipality has a population of 230 (2015). Also part of La Forclaz are the hamlets La Chavette (660 m), Le Cruet (770 m), Belmont (920 m) and Chalets de Tréchauffex (1250 m).

La Forclaz became a parish in 1671. Originally part of Le Bidot, it was made an independent municipality in 1740.
