This is a collection of old souvenir glasses of a type that was popular in and around the countries of the former Austro-Hungarian Monarchy and the German Empire between around 1900 and the 1940s. In the meantime the collection comprises more than 2,700 glasses from countries from all over Europe and even from the Algeria, United States, Canada, Brazil, Panama or the Dominican Republic. For most items information is provided regarding the history of the towns and the sights which are depicted on the glasses. Enjoy the trip to the old times!
